  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Forward phone calls, emails, and faxes
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Schedule travel reservations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong aptitude for numbers
