Luxury Jewelry company is in need of a friendly and personable Administrative Assistant in Downtown Honolulu. If you have good customer service skills and genuinely enjoy working with people, this is the position for you! You will utilize your people skills to work with customers while also handling administrative tasks.

  • Answer phone calls and take detailed messages
  • Interact with customers 
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, and other administrative tasks

Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a similar field 
  • Possess strong customer service skills 
  • Enjoy talking and working with people 
  • Knowledge of jewelry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Driver's license and clean driving abstract
