  • Completing new investment account paperwork
  • Following up with clients regarding accounts
  • Handling client service requests
  • Maintain company database using CRM
  • Performing data entry and scanning of documents

Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum three years of professional office experience
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a wealth management office
