Job Description

Real Estate firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team and help fill in the needs for all their office needs and tasks. That means one minute you could be answering phones or handling bookkeeping duties, and the next minute you could be creating an ad for their marketing efforts. 


The top candidate for this position will be able to work with anyone and thrive being part of a team. You should also be able to multi-task, keep your workflow organized, and switch seamlessly from task to task with a smile on.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum two years of administrative or marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Oahu geography
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Publisher
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Friendly and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in website management and online platforms
  • Bookkeeping and real estate experience
