Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:


Directs and/or assists the Executive Housekeeper with day to day housekeeping operations.  One year experience in a supervisory or management or equivalent work experience.  Must possess effective leadership skills, communications, interpersonal and organizatiional skills.  Computer skills in Microsoft Office required.

 

ESSENTIALS:

 

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with both guests and co-workers and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through with a minimum amount of supervision.

 

Responsible for supervising all housekeeping staff ensuring work is completed according to company standards and policy.

 

Answers department telephone, taking care of guest requests and problem solving.  Perform other duties as assigned.  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Must be available to work varying schedule, punctuality with regular and reliable attendance.
