The Assistant Marketing Manager’s responsibility is to partner with the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and effectively and efficiently executing marketing projects in a manner consistent with Servco Core Values.


Duties include recommending and sharing ideas for current and future marketing programs.  The Assistant Marketing Manager will also communicate project information to supervisors and organize and assist in the coordination of assigned projects to ensure they are on-time and meet the stated objectives. Will be responsible for both planning and executing weekly retail print ads and partnering with the Digital and Engagement Managers to drive forward the digital/promotional aspects of their assigned brand.


Specifically, in this case, in addition to supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on the Toyota brand, this position is also responsible for entirely managing select Servco Toyota clients & select Servco Toyota retail campaigns, reporting to the Toyota Senior Marketing Manager. Will also manage and assist a Marketing Assistant on selected projects. This Marketing Assistant will report to a Senior Marketing Manager.


•Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field
•Five years of marketing experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns including advertising (traditional & digital), promotions, and events
•Team oriented & customer focused
•Strong interpersonal, communications, planning and organizational skills
•Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
•Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
