Job Description


Typical duties include but are not limited to:


  • Prepare and distribute incoming mail

  • Type manual forms and documents

  • Create, update, file and maintain various forms and documents – both hard and soft copies

  • Retrieve and input data in PMS, SalesForce and/or other systems

  • Other duties as assigned


    Qualifications / Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to operate a typewriter

  • Keyboard 45 wpm

  • Working knowledge of general office equipment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Commitment to learn and improve skill sets/knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision

  • Strong attention to detail


    Associate II (along with the above qualifications)


  • 1 year office experience




Associate III (along with the above qualifications)


  • 2 years office experience




Additional Qualifications Preferred:


  • Some P&C insurance background

  • Experience with PMS


    Special Remarks:

  • May be asked to work overtime periodically
