Job Description

One of Hawaii's leading real estate teams is seeking a team-oriented and driven individual to fill the role of Client Service Manager. You will work with this top firm to provide each client with a personalized and unparalleled level of customer service. That includes handling all communication with clients with marketing activities, handling office administration tasks, and everything in between.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and simplify complex client issues
  • Review client issues and suggest solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Expand and refine real estate expertise to be able to best serve clients
  • Maintain the team's website and online media pages
  • Serve as the liaison online, on air, and in person
  • Schedule and promote activities and events
  • Handle marketing materials including monthly newsletters and blogs


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Experience developing and executing client retention strategies
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of developing strong relationships in a service industry
  • Familiarity with Google docs, YouTube, WordPress, and social media applications
  • Knowledge of real estate MLS applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to use graphic design software and applications
