The Community Engagement Liaison (Community Liaison II) performs activities and duties related to the identification and maintenance of referral sources and potential patients for services along the rehabilitation continuum of care.  The primary role of the Community Liaison II is to: 1) Promote and market REHAB's programs and services to the physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and the like, with the goal to increase visibility and awareness; 2) Increase referrals to REHAB, and 3) Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources in the community.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a Healthcare related field; or an equivalent combination of four (4) years education and experience.

Skills/Experience:

  • Three (3) or more years experience in a customer-facing sales and/or marketing role.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills/relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, organized and high attention to detail.
  • Self-starter; open to try new ideas and approaches.
  • Expertise in analysis, decision making, time management and computer use.
