Job Description

Responsible for preparing food & prep items used for buffet service, back-up, next day service, and guest amenities. Able to consistently adhere to all recipe standards/portioning, proper food handling and proper food safety guidelines. Available to work weekends and holidays, 4:30 am - 12:00 pm. Must have 1-3 years food preparation experience in a high volume restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality-related operation, or any combination of education and experience.
