Job Description

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls to schedule appointments for the servicing of their vehicles in one of our dealership service departments and make outbound follow-up calls in a call center environment.

 

The ideal person is customer focused, personable and patient with the ability to calm upset customers to ensure a positive experience and enjoys talking to customers over the phone. The position requires  2 – 3 yrs. customer service experience, excellent phone and communication skills that includes the ability to speak clearly and have a pleasant phone manner, strong listening skills, ability to build rapport with customers over the phone, detail oriented, basic computer skills, and 25 - 30 wpm typing.

 

Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
