Job Description

Will greet and assist customers, assign customers to sales consultants or direct to proper department, log floor traffic information, maintain the showroom and café and answer and direct calls for Servco Toyota Honolulu.


Requires six months to one year of clerical or customer service experience, and strong communication and customer relations skills, and working knowledge of Excel. Auto dealership experience and working knowledge of Word preferred. Must be able to work Saturday from 10am to 3pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. May also work periodic weeknights and holidays as needed as well as during special sales events.
