Job Description

Accepting applications for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at Malolo Beverages & Supplies, Ltd.

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of disposable food-service paper products and janitorial/sanitation industry

Office Responsiblities include filing, invoicing, processing orders from outside sales staff, walk in customers, outside island orders, faxed orders and contract orders, etc.

Ability to handle high call volume

Good communication skills, verbal and written

Computer literate (Word and Excel)

Able to work independently

Leadership skills with ability to adapt to any and all situations

Math and accounting skills

Ability to multi-task and keep up with high pace office duties

Position is an entry level position with possibility of advancement.

 

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45-4:45am. Benefits include medical, paid vacation, paid holiday, free parking and more
