Job Description:

In order to meet the needs and requirements of both our clients and our business, you will be working together with our technical support, sales, and billing, marketing departments frequently, so we are looking to find a highly motivated person who thrives in a fast-paced, yet pleasant and professional environment.

 

While this is not a technical position, due to the nature of our tech-centric background, a reasonable level of technical literacy is a must and knowledge of webhosting in general would be an asset. As the vast majority of your time will be spent on using a computer, good touch typing skills are also required. You must possess great customer service and analytical skills and be very detail oriented.

 

Duties include:

-          Invoicing clients;

-          Screening and approving new orders;

-          Performing account modifications;

-          Processing payments;

-          Responding to chargeback notifications;

-          Assisting clients via telephone, support ticket and emails;

-          Performing monthly audits of licenses used;

-          Investigating accounts to send to collections;

-          Performing administrative responsibilities associated with maintaining and enhancing the customer experience;

-          Preparing product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;

-          Resolving various product and service problems by understanding the customer’s complaint, determining the initial cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the situation, and following up to ensure the correction or adjustment is carried out expeditiously;

-          Assisting with Hostmaster duties and all Superb Registrar Administrative functions (training provided);

-          Recommending potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;

-          Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services;

-          Assisting the Operations Manager with other duties that enhance company cohesiveness;

-          Identifying targeted profile prospects, qualify and refer to Sales Department;

-          Performing internal audits;

-          Performing office administration duties.

 

Job Requirements:

-          Minimum two years of experience in customer service field;

-          Minimum one year of experience in bookkeeping field;

-          Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as the ability to type minimum 50 wpm;

-          Ability to work independently and in a team;

-          Excellent communication and prospecting skills;

-          Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications;

-          Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular);

-          Ability to adapt to many environments and interact with a diverse group of individuals

-          Continuous drive for improvement;

-          Technical competency (web hosting industry, technical terminology).
