To succeed in this role, you must be a strong communicator who can communicate effortless with everyone from employees to senior management. You’ll be juggling a variety of tasks at any given time, so prioritization and time management is key.  

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and welcome clients and guests.
  • Prepare and distribute general office correspondences.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, conference calls, etc.
  • Manage and update operational calendars.
  • Assist with special events and event logistics.
  • Perform billing reconciliations.
  • Prepare various types of reports and communication.
  • Maintain pertinent files and documents.
  • Handle travel arrangements for upper level management as needed.
  • Carry out general office duties, such as filing, faxing, copying, etc. 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience highly preferred. 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Strong communicator with business-level communication skills.  
  • Excellent at managing time and prioritizing competing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
