Waikiki Parc, the stylish boutique hotel located in a celebrated resort destination, provides its guests with easy access to outdoor activities, cultural events, shopping, restaurants and Hawaii’s renowned beaches. The property brings together a sophisticated and contemporary hotel sensibility with personalized service and innovative guest experiences. Waikiki Parc is operated by the Hotels and Resorts of Halekulani, a brand management division of the Honolulu-based Halekulani Corporation. This 297-room property is located within walking distance from Waikiki Beach, and employs 130 team members.

The Waikiki Parc Hotel is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Guest Relations Manager.

  • Establishes and maintains communications and guest services with focus on VIP and returning guests.
  • Candidates should possess at least two years of prior hospitality management experience or equivalent, strong guest/customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems desired.
  • English and Japanese fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is required.
  • Must be able to work various days and/or evenings including weekends and holidays as operations dictate.
