Job Description
Furthering the success and priorities of Liliʻuokalani Trust (LT) the IT Systems Administrator will provide quality IT Systems Administration for various cloud-based systems. They will be part of a small but highly skilled team that responds proactively to the needs of teammates with the goal of facilitating their work with beneficiaries, families, and communities. They will create a work environment that is conducive to collaboration, innovation, and teamwork.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform Microsoft Systems Administrator duties for Active Directory, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Perform Microsoft Systems Administrative duties for Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Perform Systems Administration tasks and support for VMware Horizon Cloud, WorkSpace One, VMware Cloud Director, VDI, and Global Protect VPN.
- Maintain and monitor system health, security services, and system procedures.
- Compile, analyze, and report statistics regarding all relevant systems as needed.
- Create and implement standardized documentation required for systems and procedures.
- Provide quality IT support by providing in-person and virtual assistance through our helpdesk system.
- Set up and maintain Apple devices (MacBooks and iPads), MDM, and other IT hardware.
- Set up New Hire user accounts on various systems and prepare hardware for new users and LT programs.
- Deliver training programs for new hires and other IT training programs as needed.
- Perform off-boarding procedures on user accounts and devices.
- Serve on project teams for rollouts of new technology and upgrades.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to improve the understanding around technology and to encourage the adoption of innovative technologies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Contributes to the Trustʻs success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improves team and organization results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as an IT Systems administrator, required.
- 4-6 years as Microsoft Systems Administrator with experience in Active Directory, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Products; Office365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote.
- 4-6 years of VMware Administrator experience with VMware Horizon Cloud, WorkSpace One, and VMware Cloud Director.
- Expert software knowledge of MAC OS, iOS, and Apple applications.
- Experience with hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Apple products.
- Working knowledge of networking infrastructure.
