Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific’s (REHAB) professional development and continuing education programs.  The Coordinator will design, administer, organize and conduct programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge for their current positions, for career advancement and development and to meet REHAB’s business and strategic initiatives.

 

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  

 

Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

 

Skills/Experience:

·         At least three (3) years experience in design and delivery of training interventions to audiences at various organizational levels.

·         Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.

·         Good interpersonal skills to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.

·         High degree of competency with adult learning concepts, practices, and procedures.
