Job Description

Daily tasks include:

 

-       Answering phones and responding to clients/ customers

-       Managing client accounts and client communication

-       Daily clerical tasks

-       Coordinating & dispatch logistics for scheduling - up to 15 crews daily consisting of over 40 employees

-       Work directly with Operations Manager to ensure/ improve efficiency

-       Managing GPS system for fleet

-       Vendor relations

-       Inventory management, ordering, and tracking

-       Managing marketing and social media outlets

 

Required Qualifications:

 

-       A minimum of 1 year experience in a professional, office setting

-       Confidence in ability to perform required work

-       Willingness to work in a fast paced and task oriented environment

-       An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude

-       Exceptional time management skills and ability to identify ways to improve overall efficiently

-       Initiative to improve current policies and procedures

-       Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel operating systems

-       Ability to identify strategies to advertising/ marketing improvements – internal & external sales

-       Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills (internal & external)

-       Attention to detail

-       Ability to work independently

-       Flexible schedule, ability to respond to inquiries outside of typical business hours

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

-       Valid drivers license

-       Bachelor degree or higher

-       Experience in Landscaping or similar field of work

-       Reside in Hawaii for longer than 5 years

 

-       Looking for long term employment
