Job Description

Gain work experience with a highly-rated airline! Temporary Pay Administrator is needed in Honolulu. This full-time position will last for approximately three months and will be in charge of handling pay adjustments for employees. 

 

The chosen candidate for this position will have strong administrative experience and have strong familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

 

Start Date: ASAP

 

End Date: December 29, 2017

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Research employee job history and information
  • Create pay worksheets for employees
  • Research and verify hours worked
  • Calculate retroactive pay corrections
  • Identify and verify adjustments
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, including formulas
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the HR industry
  • Previous experience with employee pay or time tracking systems
