Job Description

Purchasing clerk position available at Malolo Beverages & Supplies, Ltd., a wholesale/distributor for disposable foodservice paper products, janitorial/sanitation supplies, and syrup manufacturing.

 

Requirements:

2 years purchasing experience preferred

Computer literate (word and excel)

Excellent verbal, written and math skills

Extremely organized with ability to multi-task

Familiar with disposable foodservices products and janitorial industry

Responsiblities:

Purchasing and maintaining 2000-3000 item inventory of various product line

Detail oriented, self motivated who can work independently

Prepare puchase orders and communicate with various vendors

Monitor and ensure competitive and correct pricing

Monitor and maintain various rebate programs

Manage and maintain all freight receiving and details

Able to punctually meet deadlines
