Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of the faculty practice; which includes the oversight of the daily clinical operations, revenue cycle, regulatory compliance, staffing management, and financial management for the faculty practice operations.

 

Usual hours are Monday through Friday with options either for four ten hour shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or five eight hour shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may be flexed to accommodate office schedules, and duties may require extended hours.

 

LOCATION: Queen's POB 3

 

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training

Minimum:

  • Associate degree in Nursing
  • Current Nursing License in Hawaii or ability to obtain state license.

Experience

Minimum:

  • Two (2) years of experience working in a clinical setting with direct patient care responsibilities.
  • One (1) year of managerial experience in a clinical setting.

Skills/Knowledge

Minimum:

  • Skilled in clinical procedures and in the use of instruments and equipment.
  • Skilled in professional development and supervision of others.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Word and Excel, with a working knowledge of databases and electronic communications.
