Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a full-time Receptionist in Honolulu. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for the organization.

 

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment. Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and always takes the time to make sure the company is represented in a positive and professional manner.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer telephone calls and take detailed messages 
  • Greet and assist clients
  • Perform data entry and handle correspondence
  • Maintain a tidy reception area
  • Other reception and office duties as needed

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum one year of clerical experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Good phone etiquette and professional presentation
  • Friendly, positive, and helpful attitude
