Job Description

Busy retail company is seeking a full-time Receptionist to work out of their Salt Lake office. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the company, which includes greeting customers and answering phone calls. That means you should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Add​itional Responsibilities:

 

  • Meet and welcome all guests and customers
  • Answer a high volume of phone calls
  • Assist with processing credit card sales
  • Accept cash payments from customers
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
