Job Description

Established estate planning firm in Downtown Honolulu is seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator. This busy law firm will keep you constantly on your toes as you will be ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office.

 

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and outgoing personality to represent the company as a full-time employee.

 

Addition​al Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Confirm appointments and meetings
  • Greet visiting clients
  • Prepare forms and documents for client meetings
  • Scan documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Require​d Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous administrative/office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good understanding of the calendar system in Microsoft Outlook
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Organized and able to multi-task
