Job Description

Servco Pacific Inc. (Servco) is seeking a hardworking, dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist to join its high-performing Marketing team. This position requires a results oriented marketing professional to perform a wide variety of duties for its non-automotive divisions including Servco Corporate, Servco Pacific Insurance, and Servco Home & Commercial Products.


The Senior Marketing Specialist will brainstorm and collaborate with internal marketing team members and division clients to conceptualize, develop, and execute exceptional traditional and digital marketing campaigns in alignment with each division’s business goals. Strong writing skills will also be extremely important. This position will report to the Senior Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager. Our ideal candidate thrives under pressure, enjoys managing multiple projects, and has a strong attention to detail.


The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required
• 3-4 years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of B2B marketing principals preferred
• Must have strong writing and public speaking skills
• Ability to handle diverse colleagues, multiple projects and priorities at the same time with poise and efficiency.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter, takes initiative, exhibits follow through and reliability.
• Strong service approach with both internal and external customers.
• Consistently positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong background using computers; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook programs
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and weekends for special events.
