Job Description

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise a team in job performance, daily oversight of resources, and workflow and processes
  • Oversee the day to day operations
  • Work with management team to ensure operations are running well
  • Conduct training of staff


  • 2 years college degree or willing to substitute relevant work experience in lieu of the educational requirement
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • 2-3 years of P&C industry experience
  • 5+ years office experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Ability to motivate and develop associates
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • FICOH systems experience
