MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Seeking an experienced, motivated, multi-skilled Maintenance Manager for Maui operations. Responsibilities include managing overall maintenance and janitorial operations for four commercial properties in Kihei. Must possess knowledge and perform duties of maintenance repairs, air conditioning, painting, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry; oversee activities of various contractors and consultants for the fulfillment of facility maintenance and tenant improvement build outs; personnel development and supervision, record keeping and project administration.
