Pay: $18.00 Hourly 

 

​Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and assist in recruitment activities
  • Interview and schedule applicants
  • Coordinate details for interviews and meetings
  • Obtain required paperwork 
  • Participate in planning meetings
  • Distribute surveys to applicants
  • Manage recruitment software
  • Prepare and report data
  • Maintain credentialing requests
  • Maintain database for alumni and past trainees
  • Coordinate and assist with graduation activities
  • Prepare and arrange awards and certifications 
  • Manage evaluations and documentation
  • Update and communicate schedules and assignments
  • Process check requests for budget expenditures
  • Track and assist leave requests 
  • All other duties as assigned 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum three years of administrative or similar experience 
  • At least one year of Graduate Medical Education (GME) experience is helpful 
  • At least two years of administrative experience in an academic or health care setting is desirable 
  • Minimum typing and transcribing speed of 45 WPM with accuracy 
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Knowledge and experience with web-based applications 
  • Independent work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Pay high attention to detail
