Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to learn in a fast paced environment. The ability to maintain cash variances at acceptable levels. Project a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant.
  • Essential Responsibilities
  • Prepares and presents quality products at all times and maintains a neat and clean work area
  • Maintains adequately stocked workstations, restocking stations as needed.
  • Meets reasonable expectations as established by the Operations Standards Manuals.
  • Attends special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager.

Job responsibilities of this role may involve exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Positions may also need to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds.  Crew Members must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time.
