Administrative Assistant


Position is for a full-time Administrative Assistant at a 226-unit, multi-family affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. Administrative Assistant performs a full range of resident file reviews and reporting.


The Administrative Assistant reports to the Resident Manager.



·               Answers phone, assists residents and guests as the first point of contact

·               Prepares and audits lease paperwork

·               Prepares correspondence, maintains neatness of the office

·               Verifies Income, complete and audit lease files.

·               Complies with Rental Assistance Program (RAP) regulations



·               Able to multi-task in a office environment

·               Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

·               Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.

·               Excellent listening and information gathering skills. Self-motivated with ability to take initiative, as well as ability to work as part of a team.

·               Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulatory agreements, reports, and legal documents

·               High level of comfort interacting with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

·              Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code policy

·              Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis




·         High school diploma or equivalent for this position 

·         1+ Year of Property Management Experience preferred

·         Rental Assistance Program (RAP) knowledge preferred
