ICPH requirements:

CNA Certification a plus but not necessary.
First Aid and CPR Certification
TB test within a year
Social Security Card
Valid Identification Card (Passport/ State ID/ Residence Card/ Driver's License)
FBI Fingerprinting CAN/APS Background Check
Proficient with the English language
Cellular phone/active texting and email
Reliable transportation
Valid auto liability insurance
