St. Ann Schools have been in existence since 1841. We have been educating children in the Kaneohe area for 175 years. We are a parish school, which means that our school comes under the supervision of our pastor. Here at St. Ann he has appointed the principal of the elementary/Jr. High school, the Director of the Early Learning Center, and the principal of the religious education programs, to each oversee their entities. Together with the pastor they make up the Education Team. This structure allows each administrator to carry out the mission of the parish and to share in the resources and expenditures of running our programs. In 1988 the administration of St. Ann School saw the need to provide quality child care coupled with an opportunity to prepare younger children to move right into the elementary school. Therefore, in 1989 the early learning center opened it's doors to 124 preschoolers. We are now going into our 28th year and we are still serving the youngest of our children in the early learning center.
