Ma`ema`e, clean and pure in the Hawaiian language, is situated in beautiful, historic Nu`uanu Valley. Founded in the late 1800's, Ma`ema`e has grown from a simple three-building facility to its present design with seven buildings that accommodate nearly 700Â students from kindergarten through the fifth grade.
