Waimanalo Health Center (WHC) is a community health center located in Waimanalo, on the windward coast of the island of O`ahu. Founded in 1992, Waimanalo Health Center provides primary and preventive health services, with special attention to the needs of Native Hawaiians and the medically underserved, and improving the health and wellness of individuals and their ‘ohana. Waimanalo Health Center provides individualize and comprehensive care to over 4,000 patients through its wide ranges of services including medical care, dental services, behavioral health services, nutrition, care coordination, outreach and eligibility services.
