The Department of Transportation Services (DTS), in cooperation with other City departments, is primarily responsible for the planning, design, operation and maintenance of the City’s multimodal transportation system. The department provides for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles and other modes of transportation through the City’s transportation infrastructure and oversees the provision of public transit on O'ahu.
