Position: House Manager in Kailua-Kona (Holuoloa area between the Calvary and the KonaZone Coffee Farm)

Job Status: Part-time 

Salary: Taking bids 

General Information:  Seeking an individual to serve as a part-time house manager in Holualoa. This individual will be responsible for the all of the below:

1. Physically checking in on the property at least 3 times per month
2. If the house alarm goes off for any reason (very safe neighborhood) you would be in charge of shutting it off. 
3. Sourcing service providers (pool, pest control, landscaping, misc.)
4. Managing service providers - ensure they are doing their job
5. Coordinate appointments for HVAC maintenance a couple of times per year and any other infrequent needs for the house etc.
6. Prior to my arrival, I will need to send Amazon packages, etc to your home in anticipation of my trip. I would then need you to take the boxes over to my house and set them inside. 
7. When leaving town the trash cans will need to be moved out to the road for pick up and then put back. 
8. Light house cleaning before arrival and after our departure. Also, being able to arrange and supervise someone to do a deep clean of the house upon request.
