The Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu is a family of parishes, schools, and diocesan administrative and ministry departments that serves the Catholic faithful, our communities and our visitors throughout the state of Hawai`i. The Diocese has 66 parishes and 28 schools which is part of a rich history of the Catholic faith in Hawai`i beginning with the first Catholic missionary arrivals in 1827.

 

Our mission is to "Witness to Jesus" and our employees are a valued part of that mission. They are integral in supporting worship, outreach and faith formation in our churches; education and whole-person formation at our parochial schools and by bringing the Good News and social support to our communities.
