Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Receiver to join our team. As a Parts Receiver, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our parts department operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving parts, communicating with customers, and supporting both the parts and service departments.

Key Responsibilities:    •    Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and condition and log them into our system.    •    Accurately record and organize parts in our inventory system.    •    Contact customers to inform them about the arrival of their parts.    •    Prepare/pull parts for the service department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.    •    Assist the parts and service departments with tasks such as answering phones and covering the parts counter as needed.    •    Restock shelves, ensuring parts are displayed neatly and logically.    •    Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tidying up and sweeping as needed.
