Gerald "Jerry" Clay brings more than 50 years of legal experience to the table. Jerry received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law before moving to Hawaii in 1974. He is the founder of Clay Iwamura Pulice & Nervell nka Pulice & Nervell; adjunct professor at University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law; co-author of “Before You Sue,” an introduction to mediation; and former president of The Mediation Center of the Pacific. Today, Jerry is a passionate pioneer in offering alternative dispute resolution and prevention — Partnering facilitation — to businesses and nonprofits in Hawai'i.
