Founded in 1995, Pearl City Post Acute was created to serve Leeward Oahu families. We are the closest skilled intermediate care facility to Wahiawa, Mililani, Pearl City, Aiea and Salt Lake. Rebranded in 2025, we are now Pearl City Post Acute.
Pearl City Post Acute is well acquainted with the challenges that island families face when long-term care is needed for a family member. The decision to admit a family member to a nursing home is not easy.
We take time to understand the needs of the resident and to make sure the family is involved in their care. The transition from home or transition from being discharged from the hospital can be complicated and our staff here pays close attention to detail.

Job Opportunities
Work experience in an acute hospital setting and past work experience in long-term care setting is preferred. Casual hire, part-time, and full-time positions are available as vacancies occur.
