We are a Condominium Management company on Oahu; We do some rentals and sales, but primarily we do  Condominium Association Management. From time to time we hire Resident or Site Managers. We need licensed electricians and licensed plumbers. We only use licensed professionals especially for these two trades. We are in need of competent honest hardworking people who want to do a good job for others. Our customers are important to us and we understand that homeownership in a condominium is expensive for those who live in them. Know the difference between what is the common element and the part that is there, subject to the rules of the Association. We expect homeowners to follow the rules as established by your Board as House Rules. We know there are divisions in opinions in a community. We follow the Declaration and Bylaws as your governing documents and those who buy into a condominium must understand that they must live by these rules of a community lifestyle.
