As the Store Manager of EGGDROP Hawaii, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and team performance. This is a leadership role that requires operational expertise, team management, and a deep commitment to upholding our brand values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests receive consistent, friendly, and high-quality experience
- Supervise and support Crew Members and Shift Supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation protocols, including receiving shipments, proper storage, and safe food handling
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and adherence to proper opening and closing procedures
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses, taking corrective action to achieve profitability and growth targets
- Manage the store budget and financial planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with business goals
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing timely and constructive performance feedback to build a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, safe, and compliant work environment that aligns with EGGDROP’s brand values and operational excellence
- Maintain the physical store and equipment to meet EGGDROP's standards, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and safety
- Communicate clearly and consistently with regional leadership and store staff to align on goals, expectations, and performance updates
- Lead by example in upholding all company procedures, ensuring staff are motivated, productive, and in full compliance with internal policies
- Maintain guest and employee safety as a top priority at all times
Qualifications/Requirements
- 25 years and older
- 3+ years quick service & fast-food restaurant experience
- Prior experience in new store openings or brand launches (preferred)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and P&L management
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (Korean language proficiency is a plus)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
