Solar

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

• Electricians – Licensed electricians with solar or construction experience preferred. Responsibilities include wiring, system connections, inspections, and ensuring all installs meet NEC and local code standards.

• Solar Technicians – Assist with panel layout, mounting, racking, wiring support, and troubleshooting. Prior solar or roofing experience preferred, but not required.

• Laborers – Entry-level role. Assist crews with site prep, material handling, trenching, roof work, and general installation support. No prior experience required — training provided.

• Safely install solar panels, inverters, and electrical components

• Support site prep, trenching, and material staging

• Assist licensed electricians with wiring and interconnections

• Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times

• Work collaboratively as part of a crew to meet project deadlines

• Electricians: Must hold a valid Hawaiʻi electrical license (journeyman or higher)

• Technicians/Laborers: Construction, roofing, or electrical experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights/rooftops

• Reliable transportation to job sites across the island

• Safety-conscious, hardworking, and team-oriented
