Job Title: Administrative Manager (ADM) 

Hours: Full-Time preferred, part time optional 

Starting Pay: Compensation is commensurate with experience and responsibilities. 

Duration: Long term 

Location: Hybrid- Ko Olina O’ahu Office & Remote Work.

Job Summary:  

The Administrative Manager is responsible for various administrative tasks including maintaining systems and procedures for the organization. They will ensure the proper insurance policy maintenance and abide by all state and federal compliance rules. The ADM is responsible for all financial tracking including but not limited to payroll, billing, budget preparation and reporting, and general finances. They will work closely with outside contractors, vendors, and employees of Kuleana Coral Reefs (KCR) to ensure all administrative tasks are completed and compliant. The Administrative Manager reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and coordinates with other program managers as needed.
