Our warehouse team plays an important role in keeping daily operations moving and ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to support our Oʻahu warehouse operations, work alongside the team, and help keep the shift organized and on track.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Lead, you will help oversee daily warehouse activities while providing hands-on support and direction to Team Members. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily priorities, monitor workflow, and ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are met.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has warehouse experience, communicates well, and is comfortable taking the lead in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support warehouse Team Members throughout the shift
• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and workflow
• Work with the Operations Manager to plan daily and weekly priorities
• Monitor productivity and quality expectations
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities
• Load and unload containers
• Pick and pull products, package, tag, sort, shrink-wrap, and build pallets
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Ensure safety procedures and warehouse standards are followed
• Train and support Team Members on warehouse processes and responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, 8 hours per day and 5 days per week
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
