Salary: $22 per hour

Job Type: On Call
Location: Honolulu

Shift and schedule:

Wednesday and Thursday

8am-1pm

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Janitorial 

  o Pick up and trash on property 

  o Clean trash enclosure area

  o Clean pool recreation area 

  o Clean corridors/breezeways/hallways 

  o Clean elevators 

  o Clean Laundry Facilities 

  o Clean Mailbox area 

  o Clean trash chute doors 

  o Wipe surfaces - As needed

  o Clean storage area 

  o Clean lighting fixtures 
  o Powerwashing

  o Landscaping 

  ▪ Weeding

  ▪ Trimming hedges

  ▪ Tree trimming not included in weekly scope
  ▪ Minor plumbing, minor electrical duties, painting, dry wall

Minimum Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Flexible and adapt well to change
• Team Player

• Honest and trustworthy, able to work both independently and in a team
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques
• Dependable, always punctual for shifts
• Strong attention to detail
• Efficient time management skills
• Outstanding customer service skills – a warm greeting and smile are essential
• Maintains a clean and neat appearance every day
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

Candidates without experience will be considered if they have a strong willingness to learn and a variety of other skills or personality traits that fit the position requirements.
