Job Description

A wholesaler is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This temporary position offers the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm

Location

Aiea, Oahu

Pay

$23 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete new item classification forms.
  • Process promotional item forms and price change forms.
  • Collaborate with company personnel to manage customer price book changes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of company records.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks and project-based work.

Qualifications

  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency in 10-key touch typing.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
