Part-time, 8:00am-2:00pm (flexible)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with daily administrative tasks at the office.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings on and off-site.
  • Take meeting notes and typing up minutes.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous safety background.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High level of accuracy and organization.
  • Proactive with a good work initiative.
