Intermediate Service Technician

In this role, you'll diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, ensuring our customers' cars run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and expertise
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- Complete accurate documentation of all work performed and parts used

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- ASE certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Engine Repair, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Brakes)
- Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic equipment and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
